Default So I stumbled across these cams.........

Bought a set of cams from a fellow lister and I am very happy with the purchase.

These were installed in a 3.8 engine build I did 13 years ago. They might have 3,000 kms on them at the most. The car went like a raped ape when it was on the cams.....but took practice to drive slowly in traffic !!!!

What I remember is that we bought them from Dave T. at Andial in 1994 and they obtained them in Germany, probably from PAG......

FWIW have found out the following info to date so we can set them up........

330 degrees at .050
3.25mm lift @ tdc

930.105.142.1R and 5557 are one of the shafts.....with corresponding numbers on the other. These come up in PET as 1975-77 Turbo and 1978-1983 911.....so that is maybe what the blanks were.

We've got a call in to Dave and he'll get back to us on what records are still in his posession, but I'm still looking for any and all opinions on what these cams possibly are.....as in their application......Cup Car, RSR, Don't exist, etc......

they don't have 330 degrees at .050, that is not a good spec on the cams, you should relook at them.

That is what we were told by someone..........found out it is too high based on info I saw during a search I did here........most cams are around 250-260 degrees.
