Default 964 RS DOT Leagal and on the steet

Just recieved the DOT letter of approval for my RS cars.
It is work to say the least.... It would have happened a couple of months ago but we sent the packet into the old address. At least that is what my DOT guy said.

The entire process is fairly complexed but not imposible. Time is your biggest hurdle. If any one has any questions shoot me a pm. I will help in any way I can. These cars are so cool, I would love to see a few more in the states.

Feels good to be legal and on the road...

Lovely car! What sort of restrictions if any do you have to enable you to run it in the US?

Did you need to convert the car in any way. Would this apply to 3.8RS's and or 92 turbo S's?

The conversion consisted of many things.
The main ones are.
Airbag Drivers side. 5 mph bumpers, Speedo, 3rd brake light, Vin Tag in the window, and Info Sticker from the U.S., Airbag tire pressure etc...

I don't think my improter will do another, he has a new full time job and these cars were a pain.

Can some of those things be undone now that the car is legal?
