I'm now in the midst of my second set of coilovers with JIC for a second car.
So far its going about as well as the first.
They make a wonderful product but are in their own world when it comes to customer service. My first order took a few weeks to get shipped then they sent the incorrect rear mounts. Took about 3 weeks to get the replacements.
Same deal second round so far- its taken about +3 weeks and they haven't gone out the door and soon we'll run into T'giving (then Xmas).
As I said- great product but the delivery (literally) blows. Be forewarned.

I bought mine from ViperBob with custom spring rates - very fast service and a great guy to deal with!

The second set is thru ViperBob and he's been great but we're pushing on string atm with them.
Mark- I'm glad you had a good experience- I guess at best they are inconsistent.

I have kept my mouth shut about the JIC, but it honestly baffles me that they are as popular with porsches as they are. I come from the japanese sports car spectrum where they started, and if on in that world, they are really nothing special. Personally, I wouldn't use them again on a 240sx, and I certainly would not pay the extra 1k markup they have just for porsches. This is a solid 1600 product being sold for 2600+ in most cases. Not that there is anything dramatically wrong with them, but they are a so so damper, IMO not enough droop, and one way adjustable for too much money. The big positive is that they come with upper mounts and front camber plates. I am surprised more people do not go with KW V3s over these.
As for customer service, they come from a different background where customers expect a little less.
Anyways, thats my rant and the last I will say on JIC

Hi, just wanted to say I have been dealing with JIC for 4 months still waiting on the correct rear mounts, they keep saying well let me check into that for you,
and nothing happens , great coilovers, terrible support , just wanted to let others know I have the same issue
Good Luck

I think they make a good product that compares favorably with PSS9's and offers greater adjustability and more spring choices but thats where it ends. Its a shame Motons are so much more expensive- but in the end might be worth paying for.
Next time there is no next time for JIC.
What can you tell us about the KW's- how do they compare?

The last I'd heard they were in receivership but I just checked their website www.leda.com and found the following:
We are are pleased to announce that Leda Suspension is back in business!
----------------------------
Leda Suspension has been acquired from the administrators by
epm: technology group on the 20th April 2007. epm: technology group who supplies F1, WRC and Touring cars, are pleased to have been able to complete this acquisition keeping Leda in the UK. Servicing key motorsport markets.
So that's confirmed and good news

They sound interesting but this is not a confidence builder:

Thanks I will but I'll speak to Viper Bob on Monday and go from there. Canceling the JIC order may save more wasted time and anxiety.
I'm trying to get the car ready for a DE at CMP on Dec 1/2- time is running out!
Are you actually using these yourself? If so how do they compare?

I'm 0-2 with them and others apparently have had bad luck- but others like you have better luck.
As I say- at the least they are inconsistent.
