Does anyone have a diagram/schematic of the 964 vacuum system, or know where I could view one.

Here is a link to some of the lines.

If you poke around here you'll find all of the parts diagrams for the car. It's, perhaps, not the best diagram for the full vacuum system, but it will cover what you need. Albeit in pieces.
