My panels (see picture below) has broken (and missing) attachments and I'm trying to fix it (haven't figure out how...)

Anyone has pictures of the back side of these panels? Knowing what it looks like originally might help...

Another question is that I found there are 3 light bulbs in lower panel, 2 at spoiler side and 1 at diff lock side. However, it looks like only the diff lock side has a small dot for light to come out, the spoiler side are all black. Did spoiler lights work or they have no function? All bulbs are not working on my car now though...

Those snap so easily and are not cheap. I used some epoxy on mine. Can't tell.
