Tony, fine looking car. I really like the black & grey interior combo.

Hi Toni, I was looking at the way you fit them and I saw that the lateral braquet look like is going outwards from the pictures of original RS seats; is it because the seats are narrower than the PP?

Hi Konstantin, my son is 9 yrs and he still fits. I just put the passenger seat a bit forward so he can climb in the rear. No problem really at that time - will be a different story in a few years.

Re. the width of the seat, the dimensions are pretty much identical to the PP, mine are probably a cm wider. Because of the broad shoulder support of the buckets you have to move them more towards the inside of the car, so that the doors still close and at the same time the two seats don't meet in the middle. Not much room to play around with the position really.

Toni, like Craig I'm interested to know who makes those seats (they look like Recaro PPs but I'm guessing they're not )

Steve, Craig,

I got the seats from AP Car Design, a Porsche tuner in Germany.

They don't have them shown on their site. You can send an email to Thomas Nater the owner.

I have the same seats and they are made by a company called Border. They are narrower than the Recaro Pole Positions and SPGs - very tight on the hips!

Here are mine fitted to my E30 BMW:
