Default Bulbs in Tachometer/rev. counter

My OBC display light is not working on my 92 C4. It is comming on sometimes but only for a limited period of time. It does not help to change the bulb.

The left hand part of the gauge is also dark, is this the same bulb?

How many bulbs in the taco. incl. OBC?

Will I manage to remove the tacometer without removing the airbag steering wheel?

Can the instrument be repaired (where) or do I have to change it (price?)

The tach can be removed without removing the steering wheel, it is tight, but can be done.

The bulbs are available from the dealer. The OBC bulb is separate from the rest of the lighting of the tach.

North Hollywood Speedometer can repair the gauge.
