Went browsing around Autotrader and found this:

It's salvaged, but at that price and low miles it could make a great track car or a cheep cruiser. No affiliation with seller.

$14-15k would make it even more interesting since its a salvage title and cash talks.

If the car had a clean title it would be in the $30K range. Too bad I don't live close to him.

Tempting but if the crappy picture can be trusted, that car doesn't look very straight. The rear bumper sticks out of the fender a bit, the rear windshield wiper is missing, and the front wheel seems tucked in a bit too much. But as I said it could be all due to the quality of the photo. Silver doesn't photograph well, especially in bright daylight. The seller says that it looks "good" which leads me to believe that it's more like "average." But if all checks out that price is outstanding!

door gap looks funny too. too bad. Someone close should go take a look!
