Springs & Shocks Identification? '90 C4 Cab.
I am checking my current suspension this weekend to see if I can identify the present set up. Almost certainly it is standard Boge as it left the factory 100000 miles ago! Can any one tell me what to look for to make a positive ID? Component shape/numbers/colour - any clues there are? Will take some shots for posting in case its not obvious.

On the US cars both the shocks and the springs are flat black. The shocks also have Porsche part numbers. Usually after market suspension comes in colors - blue for Bilstein, Yellow for Koni, Red or Green for H&R.
