964RS price watch
Dear all:
Just been to German RS dealer website... the RS asking price went up 10% to 15% compared to one year ago...Have anyone track the market value recently?
Cheers,
Alfred

In the UK and Europe, 964RS's are going silly at the moment. It seems RHD and Clubsports have risen about 35% in the last year with "regular" LHD cars going up about 25%.
In the UK at the moment, I know of at least 2 people searching for a RHD car, ready to pay top money and there are always people looking for LHD cars as well. This is because the cars are true dual use - road and track, and many prefer them to GT3's and GT3RS's.
I don't think the rises will stop

I can't say much about 964 RS prices but I recently bought a US Carrera cup car which is basically the same deal for the US. I was told the market on the US cars was 65-80K, now when you consider there were only 45 of these built that sounds pretty damn cheap and when you see RSA prices approaching the the lower end of this range it seems even more reasonable. I think these are fairly underappreciated cars in the states maybe less so in Europe. You could certainly build a very good replica for considerably less but if history is a guide the RS designation become worth a bit of coin down the road.

Many make the mistake in thinking that all you need to do is lower the suspension and take out some weight.
