I cannot find the H&R Green springs for a 1989 C4 anywhere. Most places have the springs for 1990 and newer C4's.

How would stock c4 springs with Bilsteiin HD feel for street driving and perhaps 1 novice DE per year? i am not concerened about lowering the car for looks.

I will try to run 17" Pilot Sport 2 Rib tires, if too harsh revert to 16". I live in the midwest, roads are bad here. This is not a daily driver but I would like to drive it as much as possible this summer and even go on some very long trips.

Did you contact Tirerack?

Worst comes to worse, go on the H&R website and search the dealer list that they have.

Sorry I can't help you anymore than that. I bought H&R Greens for my '90 from Tirerack.

The H&R Greens that I bought have a mark on it that says C2&C4 so maybe the parts for the '90 MY will work on you '89.

Tirerack does not have them. H&R does not list a spring for a 1989 964.

They do make a coilover, but it is on backorder.

I have not telephoned anybody yet.

Eibach has their Pro Kit Springs for the 89 964 part # 7201.140. It is the same part # for the 90-94 964 FWIW. Got this info from Eibach.com

Try Performance products, I got my H&R's there for my 89. I think they are the same as the 1990.
