New York lawyer needed, anyone?
Looks like PAR Porsche in New Rochelle, NY is not refunding a deposit of $3,690.00 on a deal that did not go through ,details:

Anyone know any lawyers in this area that I can hire to get things moving? I really don't think this check is in the mail as stated. Taking waayyyy to long.

How about having someone in the area drop by on your behalf? Or maybe half a dozen of them...
I'm sure if they got several calls from people on this board they may realize that they are going to be money ahead by refunding your money. A polite word saying how they played fair will earn them more profit than if bad news starts circulating about them.
