My first post and first Porsche
Well I just bought my first Porsche, a 91 Carrera 2. It is on its way from N. Calif to Connecticut.
It won't be here for 2 weeks and I have already purchased some parts for it.
I bought 3 Cup II wheels so I need a 4th. I need one front 7x17 et55 part # 993.362.124.00. If anyone has this wheel in v. good to excellent condition I am interested. I will post on the 993 board as well.
I also bought H&R springs (the turbo reds) and Bilstein HD rear shocks for the 89-90 964(mine has a 7/90 build so I couldn't use the later shocks). If anyone has a pair of new Bilstein HD front struts I am interested.
Looking forward to Rennlist membership and Porsche ownership.

Greg... Welcome to Rennlist! You'll find this forum more valuable than any book. (Though there are a few good ones you should get.) If you need to resize pictures you can send them to me or download a freeware app and do it. For the rim... Check in the classifieds here or on ebay.

The color is turquoise metallic w/tan leather. I know, not most peoples first choice but I like it. I would have preferred black, silver or blue but the price was right and the car is in great condition according to the mechanic who did my PPI.
I want to post pics but the files that I got from the previous owner are too large. I am not a computer guy so if someone can walk me through how to reduce the file size I will post. Or I can email them to somebody if that's easier.
