That is awesome looking. The only thing that detracts for me is that they went to all that trouble, but it doesnt look like the engine is is in the middle; it still looks to be far aft of the rear tires.
I wonder how well everything fits. Its got to be a one off.

It's an asian designer and his son (or the other way around; the son is the designer.... not sure)who built this one "Triposto" and another one called the spyder.... I think. The spyder also had an enclosed trailer to go with it (the spyder was built in the late 90's and use to race GT once in a while). If I remember correctly, these cars were built out of 928 and not 964. The craftsmanship on these cars is outstanding, it's not one of those kit car you slap on like we usually see on flea bay.

I think it's quite obvious that this "home-built" one-off, based on a 1990's car that in mint condition is worth no more than $30k, should command a price similar to a brand new 997 GT3 RS.
