Thanks. Truth be told, I've noticed some other folks digitally obscuring their license plates and figure maybe I need to start doing that. Of course, there are all of my previous posts with license plate numbers on them, so I guess it really doesn't matter anyway!

I could never figure out why people block out their license plates.....what's the difference between posting on this board, and parking your car at the local shopping mall and have the public see you leave your car and enter into the mall....
It's the same difference as far as I'm concerned. I guess some people are more paranoid than others??

If you have the right connections it isnt that hard to run a plate and get someone's address. Bad people doing bad things have lots of connections. Next thing you know your rare RSA is jacked right out of your driveway as you sleep cause you have been cased. This is why cops use PO Boxes to register and insure their personal cars.
Around here people have even been followed home (say from the mall parking lot) and at a later date car disapears.
I guess if someone wants your car, they will get it, but why make it any easier.
