Default My 1990 C2 For Sale - details

I finally got around to collating the details of my car. I guess the fact that it took me so long tells you something....

1990 964 Carrera 2 Coupe
Manual Transmission
Guards Red with 'linen' (that's the colour for those that don't know) part-leather inerior, seats piped red, linen (colour again) capets with red(ish) overmats
5 former keepers (seems a lot, but one was very short-lived and another bought it from his company and thus shows as a second keeper)
Private plate
In my ownership since 1 August 1994 (sniff... )
101750 miles (purchased at 25k miles)
Tax due: 30/06/07
MOT due: 19/04/07
Service due: June 07
Mods: 17-inch Carrera Cup wheels (8" and 9.5") on half-worn Dunlop SPSport 9000s
Lowered using H&R springs with original spec dampers (dampers replaced around 60k miles)
Air-con (which works) fitted by Tech 9 about a century ago and recharged last summer
RS brakes
Ruf chip (supposedly 270+bhp)
High-level brake light/spoiler
Tear-drop mirrors
White lenses with silvered (so they don't look orange) bulbs
No oil leaks! Of course, that's after I've spent a shed load of cash making it so
Interior completely refurbished (new carpets, console and gear ****, seats reconnolised) a couple of years ago
Full engine rebuild at 9M March 2006, at 98k miles
All servicing done by OPCs or respected independents
Almost all paintwork original (had the scuttle done a few years back) and in outstanding condition - this car gets used AND pampered. Nothing has ever been 'not worth doing' - money no object (just ask Paula!)
Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) works - every bulb, switch, motor, system, etc.
No accidents, no oustanding finance, in fact if you can think of any question about this car to which the answer 'no' would be a bad thing, the answer is 'yes' and vice versa...
Problems:
Slight delamination at base of windscreen (static for at least the last couple of years)
Small scratch on one rear wheel
Radio doesn't seem to be as good as it once was (might be just my ears!)
Tiny bubble in front of each front wheel at base of panel - again these have been completely static for years, it's NOT active rust.
Erm...
Some good pictures of the car in the latest Total 911(March 07) - in the Absolute Beginner feature
Price asked - in excess of £17k

Oh yes, please bear in mind that, if you wish to purchase this car and even having agreed to the price and completed the sale, the seller reserves the right not only to lie down in the road to prevent the buyer from driving away, but also to drag him from the vehicle, cut him up into small pieces and feed him to his dog.

I hope nobody buys it and you have to keep it (for purely selfish reasons ). No, honestly John, at 17k it is a steal, the car is in near perfect condition, even if it is considerably slower than mine

John, if you do need more dogs to prevent the said getaway, I can add 2 to the melee. They're not big - but they are quite 'disturbing' ! Your's for a small fee....
