Not worth it since not stock. IMO it is worth the same or maybe even less then any average RS on the market. Steering wheel is not stock and so is piping on the seats, door panels, lower dash.......

From the factory, door pulls were color match with seatbelts and this one has black door pulls with red belts.

Looks like the front chin spolier has some overspray... and the hood is not aligned like they came from the factory if I remember correctly... although the engine is so clean that it really looks like new. Anyway its impressive!

After stating the overspary and hood alignment, you can still say that you're impressed!!!! Clean Engine bay only takes a few hours to do. I would be scared of buying a 15 year old car with only 1400 miles.

Yes, That thing is about to develop all kind of leaks and after $70K still have to deal with so much... not worth it in my opinion.

Maybe the chin spoiler has some wax... and the hood thing.. maybe the RS are like that.. I mean they were cheaper, right?

Was there a factory carbon fiber option back then?

If that car had been kept in a "non molested" state, it may be worth close to that for a serious collector that isn't into driving. Those modifications, especially the interior, are a big turn off for me.

Love Polar Silver, but the interior is total Yo---ouch. Drive it 10,000 miles and it becomes a $45,000 car.......maybe.

RPM is pretty reputable, so if he says the carbon is factory I'd assume it is.

I'm guessing that "factory" does not mean that the car was delivered that way from the factory. They are probably factory parts installed later. In any case, I don't get it.

Could very well be a Special Wishes department car, as from the Factory. I can't tell anything aboout the hood in a digital picture.

My eyes still hurt after looking at that interior, factory installed or not.
