Default Boys. I need your help.

I am looking at this car. Does anyone know or live close to this dealer? We are price agreed based on the car passing PPI and paint gage. I am growing suspect to PPI's lately. Would feel much better if I had first hand knowledge.

Sorry, you can't have it. You are way over your "cool 911" quota already!

Nice car. The price is a bit out there, but it's definitely one fine example of a 965. You should be looking out for dried out seals, hoses, belts, other moving parts. It might be just fine however. Is all maintenance up to date? Good luck with the purchase.

That's barely over a thousand miles a year!?!?!?!?! Doesn't anyone ever actually drive their car anymore?

Nope...my rear wing is primarily used as a drink holder while sitting in the garage. That is why I went with the IROC tail as it is the largest available

ddavis...40 minutes from my house. I'll be down that way on Monday for work. I have heard of this place before.

There is VERY honest, reputible shop 30 min form there that I use and would have no worries recommending to you to arrange a PPI:

http://www.steinels.com/

Call Eric Steinel, the owner. He's there until about 1:00 on Saturday's.

Let me know if I can help.

Hi, I live 5 minutes away from Jeff's. I have used their service department to service my now sold and gone 72 911T and my present 91 Turbo look cab. Their service department has always done a great job at a reasonable price. And their lot always has the nicest bunch of cars from the exotic to the normal. Never heard about a problem with them whether it was service or a car purchase. Sales staff always seemed knowledgable when I would stop to look and new arrival P-cars. I don't feel you will have anything to worry. The other service person I use locally is also knowledgeable and would give you a straight PPI if you wanted him to check it out. Very reputable. Let me know if I can help. No affilation with either other than being a satisfied customer with both.

This is exciting, keep us updated on the PPI and your decision. My next P-car will be a '94 Turbo but not for a few more years. Good luck...
