Fog Light Bulb replacement help

Thinking of upgrading the bulbs to H3ST Sylvania Silverstar Foglight Bulbs which is supposed to be better light than the standard H3.

Any experience out there with this bulb? Is it okay to use?

Try the Philips Vision50s. Better brightness with longer life.
