Post Engine Undertray Removal

Getting ready to button up everything after my DIY maintenance projects and get the C4 on the road. The engine undertray was on the car and I intend on leaving it off for the obvious cooling benefits. Should the insulated panels between the muffler & cat and the cylinder heads also be left off. It would seem if the are left in place it would protect the lower plug wires from the heat of the muffler and cat. I'm getting anxious and hope to be on the road by the weekend.
