Burgass thanks for the offer but as Eric was first to post I will take his.

A quick question. I have read on some threads on here while searching that fitting a Strut brace to the front will make understeer worse as it stiffens up the front.

Any views on this? would fitting a front strut brace make understeer worse on a C4?

I have used strut braces on all my cars and never experienced more understeer. Front gets tighter responds faster and easier to steer. Besides you will fit a thicker rear sway so I do not see any reason for more understeer. As Adrian said it is a total combination of sway bars, springs, shocks, tyres and last but not least your personal driving style and preferences. Fit the brace and the thicker sway and in case you dont like it you can always take away the brace
