Diagnostic connector location

Where specifically is the diagnostic connector located on a 1990 C2? I've looked around in the passenger footwell, but didn't find it.

Hello;

You need to look for a Round Black Plastic Cover, it is exactly 4 3/4" in Diameter. It is partially hid by the lower dash. You can also measure 5 1/2" from your lower door hinge. Good Luck
