AM986 DE May 31 June 1 at the NEW Barber Motorsports park
in Alabama.
Well, what a long road it has been for those of you wondering if the club is still out here, we are and we are experiencing some growing pains but we are up and going! Below you will see what we have been working on! You will find the registration form for the 1st AM986 DE at the NEW Barber Motorsports PARK is attached and on the web at <a href="http://www.AM986.com." target="_blank">www.AM986.com.</a> The Date for these DE’s is May 31- June 1, 2003! The Entry forms will be up on the AM986 Website By Friday PM with the ability to sign up on line and pay using Paypal! (A ten-dollar fee will be charges to use a Credit card on paypal)
This DE Like all AM986 DE’s will be Limited to 80 spots… this will fill up fast! This is at the NEW track just outside of Birmingham, AL. Now I could Never say that I am tired of driving Road Atlanta But I am really excited to be driving at the NEW 57 MILLION world class track is something I am all for…This track is no JOKE it is awesome and technically changeling… it is also BRAND New with the exception of one other DE and the SCCA race no other group will have driven it – because of this we are allowing ONLY solo drivers to drive on the first DE – and a small student group on the second… as you will see on the links and pictures of the track it LOOKS awesome.

Where Barber Motorsports Park – Birmingham AL
How Many No more than 70 Drivers allowed in the event!
Track Time Track time will be over 3 hours a day!
COST AM986 Members $550.00
Non-Members $650.00
Can Join for 35 and get the member rate
Drivers As this is a new track and is said to be very technical you must be an Instructor or Advanced/solo driver with AM986 PCA, BMWCCA, Chinn or other reconized group – If you have a question as to if you qualify
This new track is VERY Expensive to rent – and we under stand that this is more than some other DE’s out there but this is one with only 3 run groups and more than twice the track time of the other DE’s… We have found our Members think it is well worth the Price!
