Pirelli P-Zero's
Hi,
I just bought a set of P-Zero's (Direzionale 205/55ZR16 N3 front and Asimmetrico 225/50ZR16 N3 rear) for my Design 90's. I noticed that the rear tires look "bulgie" compared to the front tires. Almost like the 225's are too small for the wheel. Has anyone noticed this? Would I get the same appearance with a different manufacture? I have the opportunity to change the tires with a different set, but I would only do this if the tires would not have this same effect. I have the same tires on my 17's and they look and fit more symmetrical on the wheel (front and rear). I read the forum and a lot of people recommend the Bridgestone S-02. Does this size tire give the same effect? Thanks in advance for your help. BTW I am not only interested in the looks, I like the performance I get out of the Pirelli system on my 17's so I though I would set up my shop wheels with the same type of tire. |
Hi
2 of the best tires "for the price" I have found are TOYO T1S and Kumho Supras both are ZR rated and work exceptionally well in rain and dry I have had Bridgestones ,F-1 Goodyears, Michelins, Pirellis, Dunlops..many of them These are impressive tires in my findings Randal |
I found the P zeros terrible in the wet.Currently have SO2,s and they are excellent all round.Adrian was resting the Toyo,s but I never saw his results.I would like to try the Toyo's as well.
