Another suspension question (specific)
Hi All,
I have a friend who recently purchased a 90 911 C2 (964) who wants to covert from stock suspension to a much more aggresive setup. Tried to sway him towards PSS9's but too pricey for him.
He was thinking of the H&R Coilover w/ adjustable height, no dampening/rebound adjustments. Part # (For P64 '-90 : (29580-1)).
**This is not the H&R Super Cup Kit**
Has anyone tried this H&R Coilover setup? Any feedbacks? it retails for $2250
Thanks
GP

If I am not mistaken spring rates of the normal H&R Coilover (not the Cups) are a small portion higher than the red turbo springs. Shock rates are about the same. Do a search on spring rates and shock rates and you will get loads of info.

GP, it totally depends on what he will use the car for. I have H&R coilovers eith RS sway bars and wouldn't want anything stiffer on the street.....they are a compromise though if the car will be tracked a lot...also, don't underestimate the effect of the RS bars....they really tighten up the car.
