I had to install the distributer vent today, and while there were bits and pieces online about the install, there was no DIY in the 964 section. I just wanted to post my findings.

Why do it?: The distributer vent is to vent the dual distributer of ozone (which is created from sparks), so the belt that connects the rotors doesn’t deteriorate from the ozone exposure

How to install:

I used a 3/4” drill bit (instead of 18mm) to drill the plastic housing. It worked perfectly
