Here's a few that I took too!!

A very loud 904...

..959..

Maritime Blue RS

And possibly the most expensive traffic jam in the world!!

This was for a record attempt to get the largest amout of moving porsches in the circuit at one time. Sadly we missed the record by around 300 cars!!

Hi Andy

Yes, I think I have those too....what a good day it was!

p.s. that Orange car above (is it a 935) looked to be the fastest car by far on the track all day! I think it would have given the Carrera GT a run for its money...did you find out what it had as far as HP?? Awesome...and those flames just had me laughing...

I also have a picture of the guy that flipped his 911 in the gravel as well....I'll upload to John Miles's site if he weants them...

Christer,

Not sure how much power the 935 had, but the number 16 996 car has around 720hp @2.1bar boost! , but was over 100kg heavier than the 935. The 935 was featured in 911 & Porsche World a while back. From memory it started life as a normal road car!!

I too saw the chap roll his car!! Did you see the car afterwards in the Paddock? You could see where they had welded up the sunroof!!

Christer, that 935 isnt a 935,it actually started life as a 70's 911 which has been seriously modified.I've seen this car racing in the Porsche open series at Snetterton it lapped the whole field,it was an awsome sight!

Hi Paul

I thought it was a 70's model, but I also don't know quite what a 935 is, so I assumed I would be wrong at some point....in any case aaaaaawesome car, and I think the only car that was louder than mine (apart from the classic race cars).....I'll never be allowed on a track....
