Door Pins
Has anyone any experience of replacing these, or is it too difficult to do one's self? My drivers door pins are worn I think, as there is a bit of slack/movement. Is it just a case of replacing the pins, or are there bushings in the hinges themselves?
Any info would be appreciated.

You need special tools for that to save your paint. You need to do this job with 2 people to hold the door. May better to do this at a Porsche Dealer. 1 hour job I think max.

I managed the top pin - bu tthe bottom wouldn't budge. It improved the door for a few months, hten it started to droop again. A good independent could do it I expect - or youreslf with a mate & lots of swearing!

I did think about trying it, and thought that the top pin would be realatively easy, but I suspect that the bottom pin is where all the wear is anyway.
Oh well just have to pay for it!
