Default Anyone ever get inot with a shipping company that damaged car

That 993 TT I rcently had delivered was damaged by the shipping company in addition to the bad paint condition of the front end. Notwithstanding the option to rejection the car, someone still has to pay for the damage. These weasals are trying to get out of it. Turns out, they have a 15 day cluase for filing damage reports in their contract of which I never received a copy. Anyway, un my opinion, I would stay away from these guys. They damaged the front of the car right in front of my very eyes and unforntautely my borther was to slow with the camera to catch them in the act. The also transported the car in an open trailer and is was covered in what appeared to be a dried salt solution so when I got it I had no way determine the status of the paint.

I will never use a Cheap Locksmith and Tow again.
