Yes, you can easily cut a scone into three for extra jam and cream performance.

Strawberry Jam & Scones!
John,
Jam & Scones are a favorite here in Seattle as well. We all look forward to the Puyallup Valley Fair & their "World Famous" Fisher's Scones, with Strawberry Jam of course. I must say I have not seen many homes in the area with such lovely gardens. That Red flower in the center is no doubt a prized posession of the "Gardener"?
