Thank You Steve. That is beginning to make some sense. So to state it this way, as you did earlier, the car feels more neutral due to the wide range F/R spring rates, and the RS bars add a little dash of personal flavor to the set-up depending on driving style.

Your statement is correct! RS bars offer the capability to adjust the understeer-oversteer balance of the car to one's skills and preferences.
