Default Tank seeping fuel after full tank

Assuming I should get this into a shop ASAP… smelled strong fuel after filling tank all the way and discovered this a few days later.

hoping this is just the seal there at the VDO module…

anyone had to deal with this spot leaking before?

Looks like a bad seal for the fuel level sender and yes, I wouldn't drive with it. Obviously 🙄

It looks like someone beat the heck out of the top of that sending unit. Pelican says use pliers or channel locks, but a strap wrench is a safer bet.

I’ve never replaced that seal, but Porsche reportedly recommends replacing the o ring while you’re in there. What’s the part number please?
