Default 964 with Ducktail

What do you think of my 964 made to look like a '73RS?

I like it except for the position of the crest, too close to the mirror may be.

I dont really like it but yours looks very nice along with the carrera script.

The crest would look much better a few inches under the gas lid on the front panel(IMHO).

Wouldn't want it myself but, FWIW, your car looks fantastic!
Vive la difference!
Agree with Vove about the crest position, 'though.

Cool, but the wheels are incongruous with the rest of the look.

Thanks.

I put the crest there to cover up a spot where the clear coat was peeling untilI can get the door panel repainted. I knew it was not in the right position as soon as I put it on.

One of the nicest 911's I ever saw was a '74 RS (no idea how authentic it was) in Viper Green with the 'Carrera' side script. Your car reminds me of that one. Looks superb!

I once saw a Brumos RS America that was white with the famous red and blue stripes. They had removed the RSA spoiler and put on the ducktail. They had had painted the wheels white. It looked very sharp. Of course, now you may have people asking if you took an early car and converted it to a C2
