Default Veloce GT1 wheels

Anyone interested in these very lightweight wheels?

front: 7.4 kg / ~16.3 lbs
rear: 7.9 kg / 17.5 lbs

That's a lot lighter than Carrera '02 5 spoke wheels or turbo hollow twists, for example.

My friend has told me I could get 4 more sets at this price so I thought I would offer them to Rennlisters. 2 sets have already gone on the 993 forum.

The wheels have a bolt pattern of 5x130 and sizes of:

front: 18x8.5" ET 50
rear: 18x10" ET 56

Contact me if interested. £975 the set (~£1760)

OK I'll bite - what can you see that is wrong with the rotors on that red car? My inexpert eye needs tutoring! (BTW that car is not Graham's, I don't think - he has a beautiful polar silver 993)

Ruaridh,

I know that's not his car, I noticed later, but the rotor on this side is pretty worn out. May be they are not gone, but next service replacement is required.

Is £975 the price for 4 brand new wheels?

Graham - that's fantastic. Any pics on a 964?

I love the weight but am not convinced they'll look as classy as the porsche style wheels.

If I can convince myself I'll have some!

Will those wheels fit the 964 offset?
Could they be shipped to the US?

Thanks,

Greg

That red 993 gives the best insight for me because my 964RS is red.

They are slightly "Dymag"ish in their look which helps to retain the "racing" feel - let me think today about it and if the wheels are still available later I might have a go!

Yes, the wheels can be sent to the US.

The only offsets available are the ones in my first post.

Graham,

Are there any TUV approval (or test of any kind) on these wheels?

They really look good though.....
