Just sent my gauges to Palo Alto Speedometer. Quick turn around and the work was good quality.

North Hollywood Speedometer. Have used them several times with good results.

I used Corey Shepard at Specialty Gauge. My speedo smoked a capacitor and had the crackled face. He put a new (non translucent) face and fixed the board, IIRC it was $275 and about a week

I emailed north hollywood and they said to send it back even though It's bee 2 1/2 years. I thought that was nice

I had to send a couple gauges back to him to redo, including one gauge that I sent back three times. The last time, there was a mosquito trapped inside it. Let's say he has some QC issues.
