I read somewhere that the Carnewal covers are stretchy enough for mega wide bodies - can anyone tell me if this would likely stretch to a mega wide body 964 and fit over a speedster clamshell. I get the front may be a little baggy but just want to get views on the ability to stretch.

Assuming i get affirmative answers to the above I am in ..

Car model: 964 Speedster
1. color: RED
2. with or without Porsche crest print: WITH CREST
3. with or without tail: WITHOUT TAIL
4. Individual international or domestic shipment: DOMESTIC CALIFORNIA

This is one of the reasons I hesitate doing these group buys. I am happy to provide different pricing offers and communicate with the vendor. Everyone wants a good deal but the effort to make it happen is not like RL was 10 years ago. The sense of community to pull together and pitch in where we can so we can all save no longer exists unfortunately.

I don't think we have a competitive solution for domestic shipping unless TJ can confirm that. His generosity is appreciated but I am not sure how much we can save if domestic shipping costs an average say $25-30 vis UPS..

Given that unknown factor, I would prefer we move forward with individual international shipping. However, what does that do to everyone's order?

For domestic shipping quotes, use drop-off at the UPS store or USPS office in Mullica Hill NJ 08062 for a quote. I'll have to figure out appropriate charges for boxes assuming they are getting shipped to me in one large package, but that shouldn't be hard. I have an old OEM 993 cover around here somewhere, I'll have to see if it fits in a late rate USPS box.

If we ship directly, we only save about 10% instead of about 30%.

I've preordered (because they're black, on back order) mine direct from Gert...great price for two!

I ordered a custom cover the day before you posted this thread and it showed up today! Really happy with it and my dealings with Gert.
