Default 1992 ROADSTER America

Hi All I'm new to the 964 but go back to 1969 with a 356B so love Porsche My new acquisition is low miles with a few typical issues. Anybody have a solution to lock down the center console switch housings after the plastic gets brittle and wont hold the clips?
Also, anybody have a source for the instrument panel blanks that look like a rocker switch, but fill the holes designed for rear wiper which is obviously not used on a cabriolet? Mine has the never ordered root wood dash at $4200 sticker. Go figure!
Also would like to finder a correct Roadster Badge if anybody has one. The brochures of the day show no badge, but many had them dealer installed as a Porsche North America Marketing program.
