Yard Bird at the Beverly Center is always a must if you can. Try the chicken and waffles, it's a game changer.

Benton Performance is hosting a Nachtgekuhlt event the same time as the Petersen event on Friday night. Kinda bummed that it is at the same time.

Not super familiar with Benton. Thoughts on this vs Petersen other than cost?

thats a good list except for STK and Cut. Both are overpriced junk. I’m surprised Mastro’s didn’t make that list. It is hands down my favorite steak in LA / their bone in filet is amazing.
Taylors is also excellent and a very cool old school LA restaurant. The Grill is also an historic joint and Baltaire is great if your on that side of town.
Another great place for a solid NY is Dan Tanas.

Agree....why they couldn't make it Thursday night so people wouldn't have to make a choice, already bought into Peterson so going there.

We are probably staying in Long Beach so I thought about hitting Benton first before the Peterson, but who am I kidding. Traffic on Friday is going to be nuts. When I look at LA on the map everything looks so close.......always blown away how far everything is.

Benton is easy from Long Beach. West la is easy too.
But crap traffic. Give yourself a lot of time. A lot.
