I have the bend pak as well I cut the rear bar to clear the trans and never looked back it's great!

So it seems like the BendPak scissor is a common lift. Has everyone cut the back bar. I though there was one on here that hadn't and was still able to get the motor/tranny out.

For 5 minutes with a reciprocating saw and a 2 second blast of spray paint, It's not worth fighting with it backwards and having the hoses and cylinders in the way!

Just look at the picture...check the position of the CV on the tranny versus the rear hub.... that engine had to be lowered while simultaneously pulling it back! What a hassle!
