I contacted those Polish guys, but they don't want to tell me the measures of the sticker (maybe they have read this thread).
If someone want to help me with the size of that sticker I can send him a replica of that one made of vinyl for free.

I don't think the size is much of a secret. I just measured mine and it is 17cm x 9.5cm or 170mm x 95mm
