Best place to run a wire through bulkhead?

What's the best/easiest place to run a wire through the 964 bulkhead? In this case just the small wire for bluetooth mic going to adapter off the CD changer.

There should be a grommet high and to the left of the pedal cluster. I passed a voltmeter through it a while back. It should pop out next to the air conditioning blower.

+964. I’m missing the grommet after my interior respray, so it’s easy to see the orafice. The frunk release cable runs through it.
