One of our local Porsche Gurus is buying up planes as well. Like the watch fetish, maybe we're broadly predictable?

As for a lift, the single best tool in a garage. I'd love a two post lift but don't have the room so I have a scissor lift. The rams are nice supports for my padded board. Working on the front end in comfort

Just curious, what is the purpose of that tennis ball and string?

Allows me to line up the car to get it cantered on the ramps and when it hits the windscreen I know that my front wheel is up against the front chock.

I thought it had some meaningful meaning. Wworks much better than my styrofoam-patent.
