Well, drove the car today. It drives really nice, however there are gotchas.
1. Re - build title
2. Rust bubbles in the typical windshield wiper mount
3. Cracked windshield
3. Torn driver seat
4. Spoiler is not going all the way down (i think it's a micro switch)

I think there is about $2-3K to address all the small issues, but it drives quite nice (I think i said it already )
If it was a clean title car, it be parked in my garage already. With re-build title, I'm thinking... I think it will be fine for what i wanted out of it, but i'm not sure about the insurance. I have to call them up to get a quote.

Having a rebuild title knocked some 20% to 35% off. How much rust around the windshield?

Rust-wise, bubbles on one of the wiper bases. But there might be more once you pull the rubber seal. I'd have to dig deeper.

AT $30 something thousand even with the S title it is worth more than that in parts alone. How badly was the tub damaged?

Anthony poses a good question, what was the reasoning behind the rebuilt title?

Rebuilt title hurts a bit. Key is to understand the depth of the damage.
