My First 964....
OK this one is a bit of nostalgia. Was looking through my old files and chanced upon some photos of my very first 964. This was taken back when digital cameras were still barely a thought let alone cameras on the phone. Circa 1995, this was a 1990 964 that I purchased when I was working as a banker in Singapore. Had the side mirrors and rims upgraded to 92 items. I scraped together every last cent I could muster to afford this car. Boy was it special. It was only 5 years old at the time and that was as new as I could afford.
Hope you all enjoy this little piece of Nostalgia. This was also back when Rennlist was not even on this platform yet...

A blast from the past. I have had two ex Singapore cars in New Zealand and you helped me with some info on the first one, a Polar Silver Turbo 3.6. My current keeper is an ex Singapore GPW C4. Was your silver car exported?

That's fantastic mate. The 964 was sold to an Aussie who sadly crashed it and then had it rebuilt as some flatnose monstrosity in the end. Not sure where it is now....

Glad you like them mate. Yes was so happy to find the pictures as I thought I had lost them forever. Having now begun to move back to Australia I am finally reigning my love of all things air cooled as I reacquaint myself with some of my old cars that I have kept in Australia and begun to slowly add to them. Singapore sadly wasn't a place to keep these old cars given the tax system that encouraged the export of old cads as soon as they reached 10 years of age.
