I have a 1991 964 and am extremely particular about who works on it. As you know all 911 models have their quirks and takes some familiarity with to properly service them. I am currently using Rennwerks in Tarrytown and Cheech is EXCELLENT! I am not necessarily looking to replace using this shop, but wanted to know if there are other shops in the NYC area (perhaps a bit closer to the city, or even Long Island) that have a good reputation servicing 964's specifically. I welcome all suggestions and also want to hear if you think I am best off using Rennwerks, I certainly believe I am as of now, which is why I shlep out there to have my car worked on.
