Default WTB Clutch Shaft Sleeve

I’m refurbishing my pedal assembly and I have been searching for this part for a couple a months now. It appears to be NLA for the moment. It’s part #964-423-069-00. If anyone happens to have an extra new one lying around, I would be happy to purchase it and open up some shelf space in your basement.

Thanks,

Jim

The part I’m looking for is the one at the bottom of the photo. The new part above is a 965 turbo version, it’s a few mils too long (ask me how I know).

Any possibility of machining the turbo version shorter, or having your old one blasted/plated? This fellow is right around the corner from me. Great guy and does amazing blasting/plating work http://tru-6.com/

Thanks, but I'm hoping to find a new one given the proclivity to rust

Bill at Eurotech just machined the 965 part for me and painted the ends, all at no charge (he must feel my pain). But I'd really like the cad plating. Tru6 looks like a great resource Nick, thanks. My 964 part is too far gone, but can tru6 do cad plating? I would definitely use them to cad plate a machined 965 part.

Thanks again for the replies,

Jim

Jon,

Thanks, but I've ordered this part several times to no avail. Sunset was the last to try and receive the wrong part. Germany checked all 50+ shafts on the shelf.... they are all wrong with 965 parts in 964 bags.... their vendor mis-packed all of them and sent them to Porsche AG, it was us that finally exposed their oversight....they also added that this was their last run of them and no plans at this time to make more... If you can prove me wrong, I will gladly pay a 15% premium!

Frustrating isn't it! I think I would end up with the same incorrect part. I'll hunt around and see if I can find another source with the correct part.

Thanks FFC, Design911 is definitely a great resource. I reached out to them, but unfortunately they don’t have any of these sleeves in stock. They’re not quite as common a part as a roll pin.
