If you have to ask how much, you can't afford it?

I always liked ITBs setup - even from my old Integra Type R times. the sound, THE SOUND!

It looks scary that they added 1000 rpms on stock internals...

I think ITBs make sense if bigger cams are also installed, but I may be wrong and it wouldn't be the first time

Or you want to know if the investment is worth the money.

Yeah... for sure. Cue the demands for proof/dyno etc. I'd be pretty leery about raising RPM limits on a stock car.

Raising rpm on a stock motor. I'd love to be behind the glass in the dyno room on that day...I'm sure it can handle a little more than our current redline...since that was set to make sure the motor is ok...but any time spent up above seven is going to do some damage before too long...it's just not designed to spin high.

That said- the 3.9 liter motor Peter Dawe is currently building for the Alabama car (first car in the suspension madness thread) is going to spin WAY faster than stock...but we are leaving the rev limiter in place (reliability and safety) so it's not likely we will ever really experience it...

I can't afford it, it took me 2 weeks to save up for a torque wrench!

Is there more info on this? I can't see where they raise the redline?

Definately would like to see the dyno figures, but I think it's great people are developing things like this.

It doesn't look like they raised the redline (it's still at 6700), it just looks like they stopped the stock pull early after the hp and torque peak.

Nothing that can't be acheived with a couple of exhaust mods and a rolling road tune up except the bottom end power doesnt diappear as it seems to do on that graph. An expensive waste of time on a car with a stock rev limit.

Still wonder why did they cut it early then. To my superficial eyes it does not seem apples to apples.

So you (they) are telling me that even if I keep the stock exhaust I can still add 46hp to the baseline? Mah

I don't understand why they cut the stock dyno graph off so early either, but it does look like they only ran their ITB setup to 6700

No price and minimal documentation makes me skeptical too.

It sounds like it's only a recent thing. I'm sure if we contacted them they could provide more info and pricing.
