What do you guys think? Anything I've missed. It will be used mainly as a canyon / street car and a couple of track days a year. Thanks in advance.

Looks good. Add elephant racing sport bushings for front control arms and elephant racing trailing arm bushings. I have a similar setup as yours save for I’m running AST 5200 coilovers and the updates suspension transformed the car.

I’d do erp front swing arm solid bearings and same on rear swing arm.
Drop links front
check if the kw come with top plates. They should offer both ways. You’ll need rear top mounts.
On steering rods ensure you get inner and outer arms. Rsr inners and bump steer outers
BBI uprights. It will be better depending how low you go. It’s a large expense. Uprights, bearings, brakes, labor.
I mean you’re 3/4 the way there.
Dont forget someone to set it up right.

Looks like a very nice set-up. You'll also want to replace your transmission mount and engine mounts if you haven't already done this.
I recently overhauled my 993, and the BBI uprights were a spendy but critical component. I'm hoping that the RS wheel carriers will be back in stock soon for the 964 suspension overhaul, but if not I will definitely be purchasing another set of the BBI uprights.

I didn't do the BBI uprights either. I think if you were planning to track the car alot, then the BBI uprights would be necessary. But on the street, not so much. Sure there will be some bump steer if you lower the car significantly more than stock, but on the street, there is not enough of a bump steer issue at least on my car to make me want to run out and buy the uprights/brakes and my car is pretty low (lower than RS height). YMMV
