It looks like the early 964s maybe an issue for ER BS kit. They definately wont fit the 16” wheels without cutting the thread. ER were helpful with ideas to get the BS to fit. But we concluded that unless I modify the BS by trimming the tie rod they are too long for my 89 C4. I took up ERs offer to return the BS kit and take a refund.
