The RSA seats are basically sport seats with the optional fabric, nothing too special. They are comfortable and the fabric eliminates the sliding around on leather. I think they are worth big money for those that need to put an RSA back to stock, otherwise they are just nice sport seats. They are suprisingly heavy. My favorite 964 seat is the leather pole position (basically the same as euro RS) and is still available from recaro for $3-4K for the pair.
